175 bottles of blood gathered in Blood donation Camp
A blood donation camp was organized in M-tech Innovations Ltd. on 3rd Jan. 2010. We are happy to declare that we gathered 175 bottles of blood. Even though it’s a long week end and CHATURTHI people turned up in large quantity to give blood. Since last 5 years M-tech has been arranging blood Donation camp. This is 6th consecutive year of our blood donation camp.
One special thing about M-tech Innovations blood camp is increasing ratio of women blood donors in good quantity. According to one survey in Maharshtra ratio of women blood donor is near 4% only but in M-tech’s blood camp it’s near 30 to 40%.
M-tech Innovation has arranged blood donation camp on every first Sunday of. New Year with the help of K.E.M. Hospital. Employees and well wishers of M-tech come to donate blood spontaneously every year. 50% people was not qualified for blood donation because of lack of hemoglobin in their body.
Inauguration ceremony was point of attraction. Famous physician Dr. Rao was the chief guest at the ceremony. On the same day M-tech was arranged a guest lecture of Dr. Mujumdar (K.E.M. Hospital) on blood donation related issues and an ideal diet. Dr, Mujumdar in her lecture insisted on healthy diet and exercise. Mr. V.M.Gandhi (managing director of M-tech innovations) said, “We take this as a social responsibility and we have believed in the principle of corporate social responsibility.” Volunteers from M-tech innovations and KEM hospital took great efforts to make this camp successful. From M-tech Innovations Nagesh Shah, Milli dutta, Mr. Patil, took effort to make successful this camp.

World’s Biggest E-Governance Project in Maharashtra
A Smart Card revolution is taking place in India. Smart Card has become next big thing too. E- Governance and smart card are two sides of one coin. If you see the details of Unique ID project headed by none other than Mr. Nandan Nilkani you will come to know that how smart card is going to places. One other project which has collaboration of E governance and smart card is ESIC (Employee’s State Insurance Corporation) scheme.
The ESI Scheme is a unique multidimensional self financing social security scheme in which every contributor is a benefactor and a beneficiary. This integrated scheme of health insurance provides comprehensive medical cover and cash benefits in the contingencies of sickness, maternity, disablement and death due to employment injury to the Insured Persons and their dependants.
Employees, employers, State Govts and the Corporation are the major stake holders in the system of organized and coordinated effort providing social protection to benefactors. The role of employers, in particular remains pivotal to the success of the scheme, be it surveys for coverage, implementation, registration of factories/ establishments, registration of employees, regular payment of contribution, facilitating inspections and timely action to ensure steady flow of benefits to the employees.
The Act, in the first instance, applies to all non-seasonal factories using power and employing ten or more persons, and, to non-power using manufacturing units and establishments employing 20 or more persons for wages and falling within the scope of an implemented geographical area. As of now, employees of factories/ establishments that fall within the ambit of coverage, and earning wages not exceeding Rs. 10,000 /- per month are covered under the ESI Scheme.
Wipro has been selected to implement the ESIC's project aimed at improving healthcare services to its beneficiaries by providing online facilities to employers and insured people for registration, payment of premium and disbursement of cash benefits
This project have worked out already in Delhi, Haryana .The project will implement in Maharashtra now. To make this project successful Wipro is working alongside M-tech Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (www.m-techindia.com) in Maharashtra.
The first camp for Pune has been set at ESIC 689/690, Panchdeep Bhavan, Bibvewadi, Pune-37. People who have fulfilled dfs can come and enrol there between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. People who are eligible according to ESIC norms and comes under territory of ESIC Bibvewadi branch office can come and enrol in the camp. This camp will run from 16-12-2009 to 16-01-2010.
Please ensure that all the members as per DF form ONLY will be present for enrolment. Any member less and you won’t enroll.

Smart Card controls weight management system in forging industry
M-Tech Innovation Ltd. has added one more feather in its success cap with completion of yet another challenging order of the leading forging company in India. Against all odds and stiff competition, M-Tech has proved that what a difference innovative component can make!
This was the customized project where M-Tech has integrated and manufactured readers with Boom Barriers & also modified existing weight bridge solution with software for the successful adoption of the smart card based technology.
This project has set a standard in terms of accuracy and precise control in weight management with the emerging Smart Cards Technology. It avoids manual error since weight will be written on Smart Cards & detected at all level.

M-tech Innovation Completed Enkei Castelloy biometric based time attendance Installation Orders
Innovation always imprints suceess this is what we can say about M-Tech Innovation Ltd. Recently they received an order of installation of the biometric time attendance system at Pune office of Enkey Castelloy Limited, an Industry leader in the manufacturing of alloy wheels.
This was difficult and important task because this was a total biometric based project covering entire working environment where-in operators of the prints shops were also involved in terms of its uses. Technically this is somehow not considered to be feasible as per the biometric norms for factory use.
However M-Tech innovative technical expertise makes it easier and they successfully completed the project. Enkei castelloy applauded the M-Tech Innovations Ltd. efforts for the successful installation.
This was difficult and important task because this was a total biometric based project covering entire working environment where-in operators of the prints shops were also involved in terms of its uses. Smart Card based time attendance system incorporated in KMC
M-Tech Innovation Ltd. has successfully completed Smart Card based time attendance system project at Kolhapur Municipal Corporation. There are total 9 Municipal corporations in Maharashtra and Kolhapur became the first ever Municipal Corporation to adopt such advance technology.
M-Tech has meticulously planned entire project. They even employed a special Resident Engineer to keep a close watch for the successful installation.
