175 bottles of blood gathered in Blood donation Camp
A blood donation camp was organized in M-tech Innovations Ltd. on 3rd Jan. 2010. We are happy to declare that we gathered 175 bottles of blood. Even though it’s a long week end and CHATURTHI people turned up in large quantity to give blood. Since last 5 years M-tech has been arranging blood Donation camp. This is 6th consecutive year of our blood donation camp.
One special thing about M-tech Innovations blood camp is increasing ratio of women blood donors in good quantity. According to one survey in Maharshtra ratio of women blood donor is near 4% only but in M-tech’s blood camp it’s near 30 to 40%.
M-tech Innovation has arranged blood donation camp on every first Sunday of. New Year with the help of K.E.M. Hospital. Employees and well wishers of M-tech come to donate blood spontaneously every year. 50% people was not qualified for blood donation because of lack of hemoglobin in their body.
Inauguration ceremony was point of attraction. Famous physician Dr. Rao was the chief guest at the ceremony. On the same day M-tech was arranged a guest lecture of Dr. Mujumdar (K.E.M. Hospital) on blood donation related issues and an ideal diet. Dr, Mujumdar in her lecture insisted on healthy diet and exercise. Mr. V.M.Gandhi (managing director of M-tech innovations) said, “We take this as a social responsibility and we have believed in the principle of corporate social responsibility.” Volunteers from M-tech innovations and KEM hospital took great efforts to make this camp successful. From M-tech Innovations Nagesh Shah, Milli dutta, Mr. Patil, took effort to make successful this camp.
